Every single piece at the Hearthouse is uniquely designed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS6, starting from an idea and a blank page. A love for both the involved, personal process of handcrafted artwork and the clean, elegant design often found in beauty and fashion ads has infused the design work found at the Hearthouse with both the classical ideas of fine art as well as the modern trends and tastes of pop culture.
The manufacturer the Hearthouse works with uses a process of all-over sublimation printing which features high quality, vibrant color and long-lasting wear, even after many washes. Best of all, this manufacturer is highly ethical, and follows a strict set of guidelines to ensure workers make fair wages and have good working conditions, and use as many environmentally sustainable practices as possible, and never use child labor or sweatshops. So customers can always feel good about their orders!
Every single design at the Hearthouse is entirely human-made and completely original, from first conception to final manufacturer send-off, and ethically made. Best of all, it’s always made with love for you!

The Hearthouse is a Detroit, Michigan based shop that features clothing with unique and adorable designs inspired by the fashion of the Harajuku District in Tokyo. The Hearthouse was started in 2024 from a love for all things cute, kawaii, and rainbow as well as the pastel side of gothic fashion, and aims to continue creating wearable designs for the alternative and kawaii fashion community. The Hearthouse hopes to make cuties happy all around the world with stylish, cute, comfortable clothing. These designs are for anyone who wants to feel kawaii, beautiful and special!
